The location is sutotanding very close to shopping areas, the beach, and everything you might need, with convenient parking available as well. Where do I even start?, As a family of 9 persons plus helpers it’s hard to find home like hotels or apartments without paying a hefty bill, in this stay we enjoyed the specious flat, the gathering, the view, the accessibilities, even the sleep was restful. This place is in a good location with lots of places to eat, cafes, activities, a grocery stores, etc. The host was proactive, quick to respond, friendly and helpful. There's plenty of space. The apartment was very spacious and in a fantastic location snack down middle of the Walk and vibrant JBR area. There is so much to do around the area with plenty of restaurants and the… beach a stones throw away. What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 15:00. Check-out is by 11:00 — and when you book on this site you get priority late check-out at 12:00 free. Arriving earlier or leaving later? Message us and we will do our best.
How do I get into the apartment? Do I have to meet anyone?
You do not need to meet anyone. The apartment has a smart lock, so there is no key to collect — we send you a PIN code the day before you arrive and you open the door with it. The one stop you do make is the building security desk, where your passport or Emirates ID is registered — that is required in every building in the UAE.
Do I need to show ID?
Yes — UAE law requires every guest to be registered. After booking we send a short online check-in form where you upload a passport or Emirates ID. It takes about two minutes, and doing it early means there is nothing to sort out when you arrive.
Is there parking?
Yes, free parking is available for guests at the building.
Can I bring my pet?
Yes, pets are welcome in this home. Tell us in advance so we can prepare the apartment and let the building know.
