The apartment was a great place to stay for our family of 8. The house was clean and equipped with basic amenities such as shampoo, body wash, and lotion, which made our stay comfortable. There is a washing machine available; it would be even better if a dryer were included as… well. The master bedroom is huge and offers a lovely view, making it a very comfortable and relaxing space. The apartment is conveniently located within walking distance to Carrefour supermarket, a massage place, and many restaurants and shops for some light shopping. The beach is also just a short walk away, and we had a great time relaxing there. Overall, it was a lovely place to stay and we truly enjoyed our time here.

The apartment is very clean, located in a very walkable neighborhood, close to the beach with lots of restaurants and fun activities to do. The beach is perfect for all ages. There’s also a grocery store down stairs which is very convenient. The grocery store also does free groceries delivery. It’s a safe, quiet and beautiful neighborhood. The air conditioner worked so well and kept as cool. The kitchen is fully stocked with supplies and there’s also a machine washer to do laundry. The rooms were just like the photos. The excellent location. Close to the beach, restaurants and Carrefour supermarket. The apartment is comfortable and spacious. The very nice rooms seemed renovated. The bathrooms were a bit old, one of them had no screen in the shower so the… entire bathroom got wet. The room with a small bed did not have air conditioning. In our case we do not use it. In the main room there was a bad smell when the air conditioning was activated. There were some small cockroaches in the kitchen. On the second day, water began to fall from the bathroom ceiling, the host attended very quickly. The water stopped and the next day they came to fix it. I highlight the attention of the host, always attentive. the department highly recommended.

It was a perfect place for Dubai get away. The rooms were clean and spacious and the beds were comfortable. Everyone loved the sand and warm water of the beach just across us. How do I get into the apartment? Do I have to meet anyone?
You do not need to meet anyone. The apartment has a smart lock, so there is no key to collect — we send you a PIN code the day before you arrive and you open the door with it. The one stop you do make is the building security desk, where your passport or Emirates ID is registered — that is required in every building in the UAE.
Do I need to show ID?
Yes — UAE law requires every guest to be registered. After booking we send a short online check-in form where you upload a passport or Emirates ID. It takes about two minutes, and doing it early means there is nothing to sort out when you arrive.
Is there parking?
Yes, free parking is available for guests at the building.

Downside · The management has logic problem, after i realized that i need access cards for accessing the building gate, swimming pool and GYM i asked them where they said it is in the kitchen, but i found it under TV and it is only one card. so i ask for more cards so the family can enjoy going out,swimming, GYM but they reply with this unbelievable message through whatsapp "I completely understand how important convenient access is for your family. However, the access cards are strictly issued by the building management, and we are only provided with a limited number per apartment, so we are unfortunately unable to provide additional cards. As a workaround, we recommend coordinating entry times within your group or assigning one person to hold the access card during activities." also there is a bad odor around the dining table, and the whole apartment smells like dog. Also, getting an Uber or taxi from the location is pretty difficult, you have to go to a specific spot outside the building to get a ride. For example, the car I booked through Booking took a long time to reach the elevator area of the apartment. On top of that, the building security guard and management don’t seem to be on the same page. The guard made me wait to take a passport photo and didn’t let us in until he got a call from the owner
