Everything went well. The photos are exactly the same as the apartment in reality. The shower heads work well, the water drains properly from the bathrooms, and there are plenty of towels. Shower gel is provided. The lights work everywhere. The kitchen has all the necessary… utensils, including a pot and a frying pan (not the best quality, but everything essential is there). There is no oil, pepper, or salt. Drinking water is provided for the first day. A 24-hour shop is a three-minute walk away. If you are planning to use the shower located in room for your housemaid - you may want to check whether the owner has fixed the hot water there, as we had some issues because the water heater was not working.

The apartment was excellent. The check-in process was smooth - on the ground floor, we had to show our passports to the security guard, and then we could proceed to the elevators. There are many elevators in the building and they operate quickly, so we never had to wait long. The… apartment is located on the 9th floor, and to enter it, you need to use the code provided by the owner. Everything worked immediately. The instructions on how to unlock the door were very clear, and we even received a video demonstrating the process. The apartment has three bedrooms with fantastic views thanks to the floor-to-ceiling glass walls. Each bedroom has its own spacious bathroom and air conditioning. There is also a small bedroom with a single bed that does not have a window, but it has its own bathroom with a shower. The apartment features a large kitchen, a living room with a dining area, a balcony, and an additional separate toilet in the hallway. The location is fantastic - close to everything

Firstly. The apartment was absolutely stunning. 4 persons stayed and it could’ve easily accommodated 4 more. Everyone had their own bathroom. Living room and balcony was perfect. Entry and exit was hassle free. PERFECT location in JBR with everything you could ever need in a… short walk. We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely recommend to others. Pros: The location and views of JBR are unbeatable. The rooms are aesthetically decorated and comfortable. Cons: It takes multiple tries to lock or unlock the number lock of the main door. They didn’t have cleaning supplies like sink dishwasher soap , laundry detergent, broom,… mop, extra trash bags. Also didn’t provide basic spices like salt, pepper and sugar. Appliances are outdated-the dishwasher doesn’t work when upper shelf is loaded to full capacity, the laundry dryer does not dry the clothes, the vacuum cleaner is not very efficient. Biggest drawback is that the showers don’t have shower curtains/doors making the bathroom floors wet after showering. This poses a big safety hazard. We had to dry the floors with bath towels as no mop was available. Lastly, while checkout, don’t leave any valuables behind because you wont get them back. Our kids left their expensive watches locked in the bedroom drawer. We reported the loss but Berg stays was unable to track the lost items.

Check-in is from 15:00. Check-out is by 11:00 — and when you book on this site you get priority late check-out at 12:00 free. Arriving earlier or leaving later? Message us and we will do our best.
How do I get into the apartment? Do I have to meet anyone?
You do not need to meet anyone. The apartment has a smart lock, so there is no key to collect — we send you a PIN code the day before you arrive and you open the door with it. The one stop you do make is the building security desk, where your passport or Emirates ID is registered — that is required in every building in the UAE.
Do I need to show ID?
Yes — UAE law requires every guest to be registered. After booking we send a short online check-in form where you upload a passport or Emirates ID. It takes about two minutes, and doing it early means there is nothing to sort out when you arrive.
Is there parking?
Yes, free parking is available for guests at the building.
Can I bring my pet?
Yes, pets are welcome in this home. Tell us in advance so we can prepare the apartment and let the building know.
