Great place!! The apartment is centrally located, just a short distance from Burj Khalifa. We stayed on the 42nd floor and had an amazing view of Burj Khalifa. The apartment itself was modern and comfortable, although the cleanliness could have been better. Our host was very… friendly, welcoming, and always helpful whenever we needed assistance. Guests have access to the infinity pool and the gym, which were both great amenities. The kitchen was well equipped with everything needed for cooking, including dishwashing liquid and a sponge. As a welcome gesture, the host also provided two bottles of water, tea bags, and coffee, which we appreciated. The only thing missing was basic seasonings like salt and pepper. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay. We would definitely consider staying in this apartment again and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay in Dubai.

This place is cozy and well decorated. View from our 45th floor was fantastic. We could see Burj Khalifa we were able to see New Year’s fireworks. Host was very responsive every time we needed something such as dishwasher tabs or parking card. My only complaint is the parking… garage is extremely narrow, and we had an SUV which was almost impossible to drive through. But that’s about the hotel not the host. The pool on 64th floor is amazing.

Yes. It is the same home, the same photos and the same team — we manage it ourselves. The difference is the price: booking here skips the fee those sites add on top, so the same stay costs less.

How do I get into the apartment? Do I have to meet anyone?
You do not need to meet anyone. The apartment has a smart lock, so there is no key to collect — we send you a PIN code the day before you arrive and you open the door with it. The one stop you do make is the building security desk, where your passport or Emirates ID is registered — that is required in every building in the UAE.
Do I need to show ID?
Yes — UAE law requires every guest to be registered. After booking we send a short online check-in form where you upload a passport or Emirates ID. It takes about two minutes, and doing it early means there is nothing to sort out when you arrive.
Is there parking?
Yes, free parking is available for guests at the building.
Is this a good place to stay with children?
Yes, families stay here often. We can set up a baby cot and a high chair at no cost — just ask when you book.
