Suitable for families The villa is beautiful and clean, its arrangement and division of rooms is very excellent, and the staff responsible for reservations are very helpful. They communicate with you from the first time you book until you arrive, and their treatment is very… refined and honest. However, for your information, its system is not like hotels, meaning there is no room service or cleaning. You rely on yourself to clean and arrange during the stay, but almost everything inside the villa is available. The villa is somewhat narrower than what we imagined based on the pictures, but it is very suitable for a family. Its advantages are cleanliness and calm. I thank the responsible staff who communicated with me, welcomed me, and provided me with high-quality treatment. I especially thank the employee who contacted me on WhatsApp and also the person at the gate who always greeted us with a smile every time we entered the resort.
Downside · The water flow in the main room was not good, it was poor, although the rest of the rooms were good. I do not know if all the villas are the same or just the villa we lived in. The rooms do not have mirrors, only the bathrooms, but compared to the features, this is considered nothing. I just wanted to mention what was missing, the rest of the things are all excellent

What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 15:00. Check-out is by 11:00 — and when you book on this site you get priority late check-out at 12:00 free. Arriving earlier or leaving later? Message us and we will do our best.
How do I get into the apartment? Do I have to meet anyone?
You do not need to meet anyone. We send you a PIN code the day before you arrive. There is a small lock box next to your apartment door — the PIN opens the box, and your key is inside. The one stop you do make is the building security desk, where your passport or Emirates ID is registered — that is required in every building in the UAE.
Do I need to show ID?
Yes — UAE law requires every guest to be registered. After booking we send a short online check-in form where you upload a passport or Emirates ID. It takes about two minutes, and doing it early means there is nothing to sort out when you arrive.
Is there parking?
Yes, free parking is available for guests at the building.
Can I bring my pet?
Yes, pets are welcome in this home. Tell us in advance so we can prepare the apartment and let the building know.
Is this a good place to stay with children?
Yes, families stay here often. We can set up a baby cot and a high chair at no cost — just ask when you book.
Can I book a long stay?
Yes. Longer stays are welcome and usually come at a lower nightly rate — message us with your dates and we will send a price.
Are theme park tickets included?
No — tickets are not included, and we do not resell them. Ferrari World, Warner Bros. World, SeaWorld and Yas Waterworld are all a short drive away, but entry is bought separately. Everything we do goes into the stay itself: a well-kept, well-located home for less than the booking sites charge for the same nights. For tickets, buying direct on the park's own website is normally the best price, and a multi-park pass is worth a look if you plan to visit more than one.
