We loved our 7 day stay at the airbnb. The host was very responsive to our last minute booking in the middle of the night and was able to accommodate us. We arrived an found all amenities ready, a pristine clean apartment with the best interior design. Hats off to the interior… designer for making the place feel like a 5 star resort. We loved the balcony view of the canal providing a peaceful morning atmosphere and our toddler loved sitting on the swinging chair. The beds! Wow so comfy, hotel standard, the curtains blackout, good luck waking up after sleeping. We loved that the kitchen was fully equipped with all cookware as we cooked most of the time. Also the area is very family friendly, our toddler and-her friend enjoyed swimming at the kids pool, playing at the indoor and outdoor playground(tempting for the adults too). Only feedback l have is the wifi bandwidth could use an upgrade as we struggled a bit with the lagging connection.

Is this the same apartment I saw on Airbnb or Booking.com?
Yes. It is the same home, the same photos and the same team — we manage it ourselves. The difference is the price: booking here skips the fee those sites add on top, so the same stay costs less.
Why is it cheaper to book here?

Up to 12 guests, in 4 bedrooms, 7 beds, 3 bathrooms. Bed linen, towels and the basics are all provided.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 15:00. Check-out is by 11:00 — and when you book on this site you get priority late check-out at 12:00 free. Arriving earlier or leaving later? Message us and we will do our best.
How do I get into the apartment? Do I have to meet anyone?
You do not need to meet anyone. We send you a PIN code the day before you arrive. There is a small lock box next to your apartment door — the PIN opens the box, and your key is inside. The one stop you do make is the building security desk, where your passport or Emirates ID is registered — that is required in every building in the UAE.
Do I need to show ID?
Yes — UAE law requires every guest to be registered. After booking we send a short online check-in form where you upload a passport or Emirates ID. It takes about two minutes, and doing it early means there is nothing to sort out when you arrive.
Is there parking?
Yes, free parking is available for guests at the building.
Is this a good place to stay with children?
Yes, families stay here often. We can set up a baby cot and a high chair at no cost — just ask when you book.
Can I book a long stay?
Yes. Longer stays are welcome and usually come at a lower nightly rate — message us with your dates and we will send a price.
Are theme park tickets included?
No — tickets are not included, and we do not resell them. Ferrari World, Warner Bros. World, SeaWorld and Yas Waterworld are all a short drive away, but entry is bought separately. Everything we do goes into the stay itself: a well-kept, well-located home for less than the booking sites charge for the same nights. For tickets, buying direct on the park's own website is normally the best price, and a multi-park pass is worth a look if you plan to visit more than one.

Downside · Very far and unknown / There is no one to serve, even the bags are from my specialist / The place is not clean at all / The glass in the closet window was broken and thank God I do not have children / The air conditioners are hot all night / We spent half an hour looking for the key and it was hanging in a box in front of the door and it has a secret number and they were late in sending the secret number / When I left the hotel they sent a message that I was the one who broke the glass and they asked me for a sum and this is completely unfair. This means that they have not inspected the place for a long time. Evidence of that place is all dust, hair on the beds, and insects in the towels, and I swear to God for this, I will be held accountable before my Lord.. parking lots are not available / most of the communication with the world is cut off and next to it is the construction of a hotel, wow... / as soon as you look, they are implementing the trick, which is that you pay for the damage!!!!!! This is a trap. My children and I slept in the heat. We woke up and were greeted by the make-up artist and went out to the family’s wedding. The second day we booked at the Khalidiya Hotel, and the reservation was available for management to review
