Great apartment We vacationed as a family, 4 people. The apartments consist of a kitchen, living room with its own toilet and a bedroom with a bathroom. The bedroom has 2 beds: a large bed and a slightly smaller one. There is a large sofa in the living room. In my opinion, a… family of 6 people can also be accommodated. Everything is clean. The renovation is fresh, as the building is quite new. There are Toothbrushes, soap, gels, towels, slippers, and a lot of dishes. Your own balcony, view in the opposite direction from the Burj Khalifa. 55th floor. On the 64th floor there is a swimming pool with a cool view. From Dubai Mall 15 minutes walk, to the metro 10 minutes. It would be cool if there was salt and small bottles of oil, but this is probably quite arrogant. ))
Downside · It took quite a long time to register at the reception

The place was well located, it seems luxury but it needed attention. Check out at 11am but we could not get in before 3pm. Arrived in Dubai at 9am but we were not allowed to even bring our bags there. Then arrived at 3:15pm and cleaners still there. Place was organised but not… 100% clean. Rubbish left at the front door. Sofa bed can’t accommodate 2 people hence it says it was for 5. It only can accommodate 4 people. Kitchen was not equipped with clothes for cleaning. Luxury coffee machine but there was not coffee grounds at all. There is a short circuit somehow as lights flicked once microwave was used. Not that great for the price.

Downside · Booking was a disaster from the moment we booked. The apartment advertised that babysitting services were available (which was the only reason we booked) and we could make use of hotel facilities- and this was not true (can only use facilities once checked in, so couldn't leave luggage anywhere with young baby, and no room service from the hotel either). We tried to cancel as soon as we found out the truth (30 minutes after booking, and they refused to cancel, even though they had incorrectly advertised these services!). Also the property photos are of many different apartments... so be prepared to get any random property assigned that are not as nice. We were also on the 55th floor and you could here the road....let alone how noisy the lift and people were in the hallway

Check-in is from 15:00. Check-out is by 11:00 — and when you book on this site you get priority late check-out at 12:00 free. Arriving earlier or leaving later? Message us and we will do our best.
How do I get into the apartment? Do I have to meet anyone?
You do not need to meet anyone. The apartment has a smart lock, so there is no key to collect — we send you a PIN code the day before you arrive and you open the door with it. The one stop you do make is the building security desk, where your passport or Emirates ID is registered — that is required in every building in the UAE.
Do I need to show ID?
Yes — UAE law requires every guest to be registered. After booking we send a short online check-in form where you upload a passport or Emirates ID. It takes about two minutes, and doing it early means there is nothing to sort out when you arrive.
Is there parking?
Yes, free parking is available for guests at the building.
Is this a good place to stay with children?
Yes, families stay here often. We can set up a baby cot and a high chair at no cost — just ask when you book.
Can I book a long stay?
