Is this the same apartment I saw on Airbnb or Booking.com?
Yes. It is the same home, the same photos and the same team — we manage it ourselves. The difference is the price: booking here skips the fee those sites add on top, so the same stay costs less.
Why is it cheaper to book here?
Airbnb and Booking.com add a service fee to every reservation. Booking on this site means there is no middleman to pay, so that fee simply is not there. Same apartment, same dates, lower total.
Can I cancel if my plans change?

What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 15:00. Check-out is by 11:00 — and when you book on this site you get priority late check-out at 12:00 free. Arriving earlier or leaving later? Message us and we will do our best.
How do I get into the apartment? Do I have to meet anyone?
You do not need to meet anyone. We send you a PIN code the day before you arrive. There is a small lock box next to your apartment door — the PIN opens the box, and your key is inside. The one stop you do make is the building security desk, where your passport or Emirates ID is registered — that is required in every building in the UAE.
Do I need to show ID?
Yes — UAE law requires every guest to be registered. After booking we send a short online check-in form where you upload a passport or Emirates ID. It takes about two minutes, and doing it early means there is nothing to sort out when you arrive.
Is there parking?
Yes, free parking is available for guests at the building.
Is this a good place to stay with children?
Yes, families stay here often. We can set up a baby cot and a high chair at no cost — just ask when you book.
Can I book a long stay?
Yes. Longer stays are welcome and usually come at a lower nightly rate — message us with your dates and we will send a price.

Downside · The beds are uncomfortable. - The carpets are old and look worn out. - The swimming pool in the same building was under maintenance and we were directed to a swimming pool in the adjacent building. - Building security was not notified of the reservation, which caused delay and embarrassment for me during the first entry. We were given one entry card to the building as we are a family. Three cards were requested, and one additional card was provided only one full night after requesting it. - It is not possible to enter the nearby beach except for a fee. - The apartment consists of two large rooms, the third room is so small that it consists of a bed and a corridor only, and its entrance is from the kitchen (dedicated to domestic help). -Only one parking space is provided. - Difficulty entering the parking lots because the employee must wait for the door to open and it is not possible to enter and exit using the card
