Overall, we had a very good stay and experienced the home as a delicious and comfortable place to be. On arrival, there were some challenges with the cleaning and some doors that were loose. We immediately contacted the landlord, and staff were quickly sent out to fix it. We… greatly appreciate that, although it would of course have been nice if these conditions had been discovered in advance. There is a lot of life and activity on site, which causes noise, but this is naturally related to the type of hotel and the atmosphere around it. The apartment appears somewhat worn after many rentals and could benefit from a general refresh. Having said that, it remains an attractive place with good facilities and overall we were happy with our stay

The stay was overall ok, the apartment is spacious and in good condition, not perfect. It was a bit dusty inside with some spider webs around the corners, also there is some insects were found in the place as well. Second bathroom was leaking water inside . Overall its acceptable… but a bit pricey. lastly you have to make sure of your reservation timings as they dont accept cancelations under any circumstances (including emergencies) even if you ask to compensate them by paying part of money and get the remaining refunded, unfortunately they don't accept that neither

What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 15:00. Check-out is by 11:00 — and when you book on this site you get priority late check-out at 12:00 free. Arriving earlier or leaving later? Message us and we will do our best.
How do I get into the apartment? Do I have to meet anyone?
You do not need to meet anyone. The apartment has a smart lock, so there is no key to collect — we send you a PIN code the day before you arrive and you open the door with it. The one stop you do make is the building security desk, where your passport or Emirates ID is registered — that is required in every building in the UAE.
Do I need to show ID?
Yes — UAE law requires every guest to be registered. After booking we send a short online check-in form where you upload a passport or Emirates ID. It takes about two minutes, and doing it early means there is nothing to sort out when you arrive.
Is there parking?
Yes, free parking is available for guests at the building.
Is this a good place to stay with children?
Yes, families stay here often. We can set up a baby cot and a high chair at no cost — just ask when you book.
Can I book a long stay?
Yes. Longer stays are welcome and usually come at a lower nightly rate — message us with your dates and we will send a price.
