The accommodation/apartment is perfect for families who need 3-4 separate bedrooms. The pool on the 64th floor was wonderful, and the opportunity to use the gym at the Paramount Hotel really rounded off the stay in this residence. It's admittedly not the quietest apartment,… despite its location on the 51st floor. The cars on the street or nearby highway are clearly noticeable. One or two construction sites can also be heard. Nevertheless, we slept surprisingly well. But the views from the balcony and from one or the other bedroom are beautiful, so you can forgive a lot. The kitchen is unfortunately somewhat sparsely equipped. There were enough plates and cutlery, but there weren't enough cookware such as pots and pans (only one small pan). The landlord or the agency in charge was easy to reach and very friendly. Unfortunately, they didn't find out the name (I didn't specifically ask for it).

Downside · 1- Login is complicated, someone contacts you and you send him documents, and every once in a while he sends you a message that annoys you. 2- Waiting for elevators is annoying, as the building consists of 64 floors. 3- Parking is very narrow, and if you have a large car, it is difficult to get in and out. 4- Entering the hotel from the main street is not regulated because it is one lane. 5- The swimming pool after sunset is not suitable for families. 6- When you check in, it is mandatory to go up to the apartment to take the apartment’s private parking card and go down and park the car in your soul. 7- There is no room service

Is this the same apartment I saw on Airbnb or Booking.com?
Yes. It is the same home, the same photos and the same team — we manage it ourselves. The difference is the price: booking here skips the fee those sites add on top, so the same stay costs less.
Why is it cheaper to book here?
Airbnb and Booking.com add a service fee to every reservation. Booking on this site means there is no middleman to pay, so that fee simply is not there. Same apartment, same dates, lower total.

Check-in is from 15:00. Check-out is by 11:00 — and when you book on this site you get priority late check-out at 12:00 free. Arriving earlier or leaving later? Message us and we will do our best.
How do I get into the apartment? Do I have to meet anyone?
You do not need to meet anyone. The apartment has a smart lock, so there is no key to collect — we send you a PIN code the day before you arrive and you open the door with it. The one stop you do make is the building security desk, where your passport or Emirates ID is registered — that is required in every building in the UAE.
Do I need to show ID?
Yes — UAE law requires every guest to be registered. After booking we send a short online check-in form where you upload a passport or Emirates ID. It takes about two minutes, and doing it early means there is nothing to sort out when you arrive.
Is there parking?
Yes, free parking is available for guests at the building.
Is this a good place to stay with children?
Yes, families stay here often. We can set up a baby cot and a high chair at no cost — just ask when you book.
Can I book a long stay?
Yes. Longer stays are welcome and usually come at a lower nightly rate — message us with your dates and we will send a price.
