Perfect family accommodation on Yas Island, very good beds - we had very good sleeps (except for the noise from planes) We stayed for 6 days. The host is very responsive and helpful. The apartment is well equipped and we loved the beds. The sofa bed was also set up nicely with… duvet for our son. The location is so convenient for all Yas Island activities and at the same time, there are lovely cafes and a Carrefour in the estate. We enjoyed going on evening walks along the canal. In addition, Yas Mall is about a 10 minute walk away and the Yas Marina circuit go karts are also another activity that is next to the estate. The concierge at the estate is lovely, helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this property to friends.
Downside · My only complaint is that it is right under the flight path so you hear the planes

How do I get into the apartment? Do I have to meet anyone?
You do not need to meet anyone. We send you a PIN code the day before you arrive. There is a small lock box next to your apartment door — the PIN opens the box, and your key is inside. The one stop you do make is the building security desk, where your passport or Emirates ID is registered — that is required in every building in the UAE.
Do I need to show ID?
Yes — UAE law requires every guest to be registered. After booking we send a short online check-in form where you upload a passport or Emirates ID. It takes about two minutes, and doing it early means there is nothing to sort out when you arrive.
Is there parking?
Yes, free parking is available for guests at the building.
Can I bring my pet?
Yes, pets are welcome in this home. Tell us in advance so we can prepare the apartment and let the building know.
Is this a good place to stay with children?
Yes, families stay here often. We can set up a baby cot and a high chair at no cost — just ask when you book.

Are theme park tickets included?
No — tickets are not included, and we do not resell them. Ferrari World, Warner Bros. World, SeaWorld and Yas Waterworld are all a short drive away, but entry is bought separately. Everything we do goes into the stay itself: a well-kept, well-located home for less than the booking sites charge for the same nights. For tickets, buying direct on the park's own website is normally the best price, and a multi-park pass is worth a look if you plan to visit more than one.

Overall, our stay went well, and the apartment met our expectations in many respects. However, we were disappointed by several aspects that significantly affected our experience. First, the photos make the living room appear much larger than it actually is. In reality, we found… the space to be noticeably smaller than we had expected. More importantly, we had no idea that the apartment was located so close to the takeoff and landing runway of one of the world’s busiest international airports. As we were traveling with babies and children, the constant noise from aircraft throughout the day was extremely difficult to live with and had a major impact on our comfort. In our opinion, the price should be more attractive considering the level of noise disturbance. We were also surprised that very few previous reviews mentioned this issue, as we believe it is essential information for future guests before they book. Some signs of old water leak were present, which affected the apartment's premium look. It would've been nice if floor mats for the toilets were provided

Downside · Checked out time, they says no leggage assistant!! It is self service!! We move it our selves two time as we have a lot of leggage, They assist when we check in but while check out they refuse! I didnt like the way they deal with us and not happy at all and will not stay with them anymore and not recommend it to anyone
