Loved this apartment. Easy to reach from Dubai airport, plenty of space, pristine, comfortable, beautiful roof top bar and pool, great AC. Got great instructions from Bergthor - from taxi to being inside apartment on 60th floor took less than 5 minutes,, which is great after a… long journey. Beautifully furnished, plenty of wardrobe space and hangers, modern appliances in kitchen, and modern bathrooms. Plenty of towels left for all of us and some basics left in fridge which was much appreciated after the journey. WiFi was excellent and my daughter appreciated being able to get Netflix on the TV! Very easy to get round Dubai from here - Business Bay Metro is less than 10 mins walk and there were always taxi’s outside, which we found very cheap compared to London. It’s about a 20 min stroll to Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. The area (and Dubai generally) very safe and the apartment felt very secure and safe. Will definitely look to book again. The house itself was very clean and well maintained. It had all necessary amenities needed. To top it off the host has been one of the most responsive hosts I have ever had. This really helps when you have issues as they generally sort anything out within the hour anytime around the clock.

A great location if you want to be close to the Dubai mall/ Burja Khalifa. The apartment looks like the photos, and is extremely spacious and the decor is lovely, however there were some imperfections, I took pictures of them all, there were white pant strip marks in one of the… bedrooms, we didn’t understand why. It was quite obvious that it hasn’t been “deep cleaned” there were hand marks as if it was makeup or something on the light switches and also on the doors, in the room with 2 beds on the headboard there was a big black stain. In the kitchen where the electrical box was there was loose open wires this is extremely dangerous and my partner nearly touched it without realising. The sofa bed was also made but we had booked for only 2 people so this did become inconvenient in the living room. When the host messages you it’s an AI generated message so not helpful. We were checking out early hours of the morning and they didn’t help us and specifically say what we needed to do.

We were there with a couple who were friends of ours. The apartment is simply ideal for 4 people! It was even more spacious than we expected based on the pictures. The view is particularly beautiful from all rooms (the only small point of criticism: the windows are unfortunately… a bit dirty, but the host is certainly not responsible for that) and of course from the balcony. The balcony furniture is also incredibly comfortable and invites you to linger with a perfect view of the sunset. The kitchen has everything you need - even a Nespresso coffee capsule machine, dishwashing taps and washing powder. We only missed a fourth wine glass. The bathrooms even had combs, shaving and dental kits. Shower room could have been a little more for a week, but that is of course complaining at a high level. You should definitely use the rooftop pool (accessible until 8 p.m.). We really felt at home & thank Berg Stays for this great stay!
